Disability Equality and Awareness Training Framework for Transport Staff  

The Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee (DPTAC) has developed a training resource that will help providers in delivering training on the requirements of disabled passengers. The training framework focuses on good customer service for disabled people.   This framework is applicable to all passenger transport industries including bus and coach. Freight Best Practice

Freight Best Practice is an initiative funded by the Department for Transport (DfT) to help freight operators. The DfT have produced a leaflet to signpost providers to existing materials that they could include in Driver CPC Periodic Training courses. Freight Best Practice leaflet
